WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All product have a 3 day 72hour return period anything after the 3days 72 hours can not be returned or refunded . You will be responsible for the price to return, upon arrival of your return it will be examined and if it is found that your return did have a deficiency you will be refunded only the amount of the product.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yes you will a tracking number with in 48/72 hours. You will track it through usps or ups.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME ?
The processing time is 3-4 business days shipping times vary between 5-7days. Drop off to ups location and post office will be done on 1-2 days after the processing time!

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME FOR FREEZE DRIED CANDY?
All freeze dried candy is made to order and the processing time is 4-5 BUSINESS days to ensure all candies will remain fresh throughout transit. SHIPPING TIME IS DIFFERENT THAN PROCESSING TIME.
